Major Update in case and Book News
March 01, 2018
Due to a major update in my case, I will revised, expand and finalize my book Dishonoring the Honorable.
Very important information you need to know and what to look out for. After 24 years, I have finally won my case.
Release date of 4/1/2018.
Continuation of Chapter 2 page 62
Feb 21, 2018 I called Mr. D. (the attorney). He sent a letter to the VA Regional Office, informing them that he is not entitled to retroactive fees
and waive the attorneys fees.
March 16, 2018 I sent my Notice of Disagreement (NOD) (argument and evidence) on the attorney's fees to the DVA Evidence Intake Center as instructed.
The Evidence Intake Center sent my NOD to the Internal Revenue Service. WHY? what has the IRS have to do with this matter.
April 5, 2018 the IRS sent the NOD back to me, and I sent it to the Appeals Management Center. I also sent the NOD to the Deputy Vice Chairman
of the Board, and the VA Secretary dated March 29, 2018, and a follow-up letter dated April 27, 2018. I got no response.
May 25, 2018 I received a letter from my U. S. Senator it states. The Board issued a decision in Mr. Plante's appeal on March 8, 2018 and forward a copy to him.
May 28, 2018 I fax the Senator's Washington Office informing him that I never received this Boards decision and that the DVA is misinforming him
I also requested that he personally get involved in this matter. I informed him that I have not received anything from the DVA. The last notices that I received was the Feb 15 and 16th notices.
The question that needs to answered is what has happened to the thousands of dollars (20%). I did not get it, and the attorney did not get it, and its been 4 month, scene he waive the fees. Something stinks to high hell here.
I will post more up-dates, when I receive more information.
